Hotel Bigallo Florence

Perfect location, just a short walk to all the major attractions and sights. the view from the room was breathtaking, especially at night. the staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

The hotel itself was quite old and outdated, with a dirty entrance staircase and an antiquated lift that sometimes got stuck. the dining room was cramped and the breakfast had a minimal selection.

This hotel is in a prime location, right in the center of Florence and just opposite the Duomo in the main square. The views of the cathedral from our room were absolutely stunning. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, although the air-conditioning did have a slight musty smell. The breakfast provided was good, although it would have been nice to have more salty options included.

It was so convenient to be able to explore the city on foot without having to rely on public transportation.

One thing we didn't like was the noise outside our windows during the night. There were loud people and street cleaners, which made it difficult for us to sleep.
